Yes. I said it again – Be an advocate for your people. I’ve been through countless reductions in force and unfortunately that good ol’ benevolent management team would go to the dark side when the downturn would become obvious. All of the sudden, we would have to satisfy the financial god by sacrificing our own people on the corporate altar. It seems that the quickest way to reduce costs is to layoff humans.
