		<description>Lori - Great topic.  The only time I&#039;ve seen hiring friends really, truly work out well is when people met at work, became friends and then one goes to another company and recruiters their former co-worker and current friend to come along with them.  It&#039;s kind of like roommates - never be a roomie with a friend, but find a roomie and you often find a good friend in the process :)</description>
